Dear Sir,
We had to take a trip recently, and while we were driving we listened to all of the CDs in both programs of "Coming Back Strong." After listening to Acquiring Assets we came to the decision to do something we had been discussing for some time. When we got back home we read the book and started making our plans. We took the information in course two, how You Can Buy A New Home, and formed our new company. Using the information we learned from your program we started buying houses. In six weeks we bought four houses. We are selling three of the four making enough money to have the fourth house free and clear and a considerable profit too. We are adding the fourth house to our portfolio with the intention of having rental properties producing income on unencumbered properties. Over the next five years we plan to have no less than 50, hopefully more, (paid for) properties producing income for us. Once we made the decision to start buying the houses, my son felt that a course he was aware of was exactly what we needed. He ordered the course from a well-known company and paid $1,500 for it. After going completely through the course he realized that it was less informative than yours. You cover Limited Liability Companies (LLC), Land Trust, Subject To and a lot more information that was not in the $1,500 course. When you said we would have to spend thousands of dollars and spend weeks in seminars to get the same information that is in your program, you told the truth.

I wanted to tell you how impressed my husband and I are with your "Coming Back Strong" programs, "Setting Your Financial Foundation" and "Acquiring Assets." I have seen programs in the past that cost a thousand dollars, and sometimes much more, that were very disappointing. "Coming Back Strong" is just the opposite. Not only are the books and CDs very full of useful information and easy to understand, but you have done such a beautiful job of putting it all together. Those programs that cost thousands of dollars always looked so bad that they got shoved in a drawer, but yours, with all of the black leather and gold, look so good that they are on the bookshelves in our den. I always took pride in paying my credit card bills on time and in full. And then I read "Setting Your Financial Foundation" in the "Coming Back Strong" program. I learned that paying my credit card bills in full each month could actually drive my credit score down and hurt my chances of acquiring loans and other credit at the best possible rates! Now I always "leave a little owing" on my credit card bills. As a result, in combination with the other good credit practices I learned in your programs, my credit score has never been higher and I am able to qualify for loans at excellent interest rates.
